Quality Assurance Our Quality Assurance person will continually monitor the aerial cone collection as productivity is in progress, sampling periodical test turns to ascertain compliance with embryo and seed count development.
The cone collection is cleaned by hands on picking and is inspected visually for cleanliness upon each completed measurement. We utilize a B.C. standard size measuring device ensuring completed cones sacks are filled with a specific volume, such as 40 litres or 25 litres etc.
Finally the cones are bagged, tagged and placed in interim storage awaiting shipping to the Seed Centre. Stored Cones are monitored continually to ensure optimum results.
